Marvin is committed to the success of our Dealer partners and customers. To balance the need for more in-person training, along with the desire to not be away from their business any longer than necessary, we are adding Regional Training events in 2023.
Throughout 2023 we will be visiting multiple locations across the United States. Events will include installation, product, and systems training opportunities. These events, along with Marvin Learning self-directed courses and new product, systems and installation virtual classroom trainings, will be a welcome addition to our training portfolio.
In this workshop, you will learn the details of Marvin window and door installation through live demonstrations and audience participation. Step-by-step instructions will guide you through the installation process. Topics also include water management, level, plumb, square, and true, window operation and weather seal alignment. For those of us representing premium brands in an increasingly complex marketplace, a highly effective balance of product solutions knowledge and customer engagement skills is essential to our success. Historically, we have invested time and energy on the “product” side of this balance.
Our goal is to shift the way customers are engaged in the retail environment, inspiring them to consider windows and doors not as building materials, but as products that reflect personal style and enhance life at home. During this session, we will explore decision making influences, principles of discovery and best practices when presenting a fenestration solution.
Recommended audience: Dealers.
