We stand by our installation with our Tom Adams Guarantee – We are not satisfied until the customer is happy. Windows

All of our Manufacturer’s Platinum and Platinum Plus Series Window Warranties are enhanced with a Tom Adams Lifetime Labor Ultimate Installation Warranty.

Exclusive Spot and Spill Carpet Warranty

Only Tom Adams Windows & Carpets has an exclusive Spot and Spill Warranty on all of the carpet* that they install. Only Tom Adams will give you in writing a warranty that includes an exclusive 1 year, professional carpet cleaner who comes to your house to remove the spot and spill that you could not remove with normal cleaning.

Recieve a FREE bottle of carpet cleaner with every purchase. If you cannot remove the spill then call our hotline numbe and our cleaning compnay will come to your home and remove it, FREE OF CHARGE.

If you want extra protection against spots and spills due to pets and children, then our Pet Pad with antimicrobial protection is a well invested value. When purchasing your carpet, just ask for our Pet Pad and with that purchase you get the “Spot and Spill” Warranty and a superior padding that adds years of comfort and stain resistance to your carpet. All of the carpet manufacturers require a professional carpet cleaning within the first 14 months of your carpet purchase to keep all of their warranties intact. That is something other flooring companies won’t tell you.
