As a customer of Tom Adams Windows and Carpets, your opinion is everything. Our professional sales associates will review your project and confirm your ideas on your project and everything will be done in writing. Any changes will also be done in writing, so we both share the same expectations.
01. Let's Review Products and Project
In our first meeting, let’s review your vision and budget of your project. So we can help select, design, and make them come true.
02. Free In-Home Measure/ Estimate
If your products are windows, doors, or exteriors our sales associate will measure and review products and give you a price. This price will be verified or changed based on our installer coming out to review the project. If flooring, our measurer will laser the room and take pictures of transition so we have the size needed for the computer to lay out the room for the best installation.
03. Double Check All Products and Sizes
As the contract is written for windows, doors, and exteriors our installers will go to your home to remeasure to the 1/16 of an inch, so your product is a perfect fit and look for any issues in your contract, based upon job conditions. All flooring contracts will be reviewed and confirmed by our head of installation. Any issues will be brought to your attention.
04. Everything is Ordered
All of your products will be ordered as per your contract. We will call to confirm when all windows and doors should arrive. When your flooring arrives and is confirmed for correctness, our scheduler will call to set up the date that works with your schedule. Please be home during installation for any questions that may arise.
05. Our Award-Winning Installers Arrive
Our installation team arrives on time to start the project. The amount of time a day as needed for completion has already been discussed and agreed with you. We will work until the project is completed. Any questions, please address your sales associate or head of installation.
06. Project is Completed to Your Happiness
We always work for your 100% happiness on each and every job. But, sometimes things happen. If for any reason, we have not met your needs or contract, please call us. We will look into that issue immediately. Your happiness is our GOAL.
