Installer Responsibilities Include :
Must have tools, truck, Workman’s Comp, Liability Insurance, and EPA Lead Pain Certification- Experience working with residential windows and doors
- Measuring and Installing Replacement Windows, Bows, Bays, Entry and Storm Doors, Etc.
- Preparing clear measure information and pre-bill on every job
- Diagnosing and correcting problems in the field
- Interacting with customers and office staff in a professional manner
Installer Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- At least 2 years experience in the home improvement industry
- Must be skilled in all types of aluminum capping and custom bends
- Must have excellent finish carpentry and caulking skills – Premium Quality is Expected!
Pay Structure and other Details:
