Tom Adams Windows and Carpets was recognized for Excellence in Customer Service from Window and Door Magazine this week in Atlanta, GA. Glenn Adams, President of Tom Adams, accepted the award stating, “I like to thank all our employees who worked hard to keep our customers happy. And I would also like to thank our customers for teaching us how to be a better company by telling us about their journey from our first meeting through Installation. ”
At Tom Adams, we strive to make sure our customers are happy with the services and products that we provide them. After every window, door and flooring installation, we have implemented a Tom Adams Happiness Report. Our customer service representative calls each homeowner to ask questions about the process including sales, installation, scheduling, and service. The report is emailed to our Sales Manager, Robert Barufkin, who reads all the responses from homeowners. These responses from customers, good or bad, are welcomed.
We are proud that 80%-85% of our customers have worked with us in the past. We like to build lasting relationships with our customers and we do that by being upfront about and accountable for each and every step of their home improvement journey. If not for our customers providing us with their input about their journey, we wouldn’t win awards for Customer Service Excellence.
